If you have not happy with an item and it is within 30 days of purchase, you may send it back to us for an exchange. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Chewable dog toys cannot be returned or refunded due to hygiene issues.

Refunds

Late or missing refunds

Sale items
Sale items can also be refunded, but will only be refunded for the original purchased amount.
Exchanges on faulty items
We can exchange items that are defective or damaged, however this is only if it was originally damaged when you received your goods. All items including dog beds, dog accessories, and dog fashion which have physical damage from your pet chewing or destroying it, unfortunately are non refundable or exchangeable.
