There are a few factors to consider when selecting the right dog bed for your dog. Below are a few points to consider when making your purchase.

For smaller dogs you don’t want to pick a bed that is too large, as your dog might fall into the edges of it, especially as a puppy. However blankets can be used to place on the beds to provide a firmer and more stable bed.

Floor mats and cushions are generally more suited for larger dogs as they can stretch their legs out without any obstructions.

Outdoor and raised beds are great for the dog that likes to play outdoors a lot more and generally gets a bit dirtier!

All our measurements on our site are for the OVERALL size of the bed. As the beds are soft these measurements are a rough measure, so please note that depending on how you measure the size it might vary slightly. It is always better to go with something larger than too small.

Credit card payments are made through the merchant gateway eWAY. They are certified as meeting Tier 1 of the PCI DSS compliance criteria. So what does this mean? It is the highest level of compliance available and is the same levels of data security of the biggest banks in the world!

Orders are processed and sent the next working day, unless we are overwhelmed with orders and it will be sent within 2 business days. The time it takes to reach you varies from where you are in Australia, but generally for most states the time from ordering to receiving is 3-4 business days.

Yes we price match, contact us and most of the time we will be able to price match. Please note this excludes items that are “On Special” or “On Sale” on other sites.

Yes, please contact us and we’ll guide you through the refund/exchange process. Please note that shipping is non-refundable.
